When booking an appointment at The Rose Rooms, you are agreeing to our policies. Please take the time to read the following and familiarise yourself with these policies, see below.

We do follow a late cancellation and no show policy.
Under no circumstance can the fee be voided if cancelling within the below time frame.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice before the appointment time will be charged at a 50% fee of the booking total.
The same applies for no shows.
This also includes when rescheduling at short notice.
When making a booking via our online system, it does require you to enter your payment card details. No money is taken, this is held and will only be charged if the above cancellations occur.
If you haven’t booked online but through us directly, please be aware that you will be asked to input your payment card details by following the link to our Square account. You can find this from the confirmation text/email you receive. This is needed to finalise confirmation for any further bookings.
Please note that we are extremely busy and work to a fully booked schedule. We realise that lateness does happen and sometimes can’t be helped. We do have a 15min grace period, but if your arrival exceeds this timing it may be that unfortunately we are no longer able to carry out your treatment.
If you are running late, we’d appreciate that you let us know as soon as possible. Because of this, please be aware that treatments may have to be tweaked to accommodate a shorter appointment time.
All treatments can be carried out over the age of 16.
If children are underage, and dependant on the treatment they require, we will ask for a parent/guardian to be present and for a consent form to be signed.
